Shipping policy
For RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES.
If you have any issues or concerns with your purchased products/items, please do the following for us, so that we may make it right to the best of our ability!
1) Send us an email of your situation/comcern for your purchase. Include in the email if it's a return or exchange.
2) Once the email has been received, we will respond with the next measures to take to make it right (reply email, address for the return/exchange, etc.).
3) Include in the package, a note with your original order number and tracking number and if it's a return or exchange.
Please keep your tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it shows no signs of being worn, washed and free of odor, lint, pet hair, etc.; all should be ok.
Pending the approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a minimum amount of business days (usually 3-5 business days).
